Sport is its program

A glutton for cornering: the C-Class Coupé Sport.
From the very first corner on, the new C-Class Coupé Sport showed its got what it takes and Susie Wolff and the Longboard Girl Crew were all equally impressed. The specially tuned AMG sports suspension and the perceptibly more direct steering give the car the hottest roadholding round corners in its class. Additional downforce and improved vehicle balance is provided by the AMG spoiler lip on the boot lid. Its sporty presence is underlined by the rich sound of the sporty exhaust system.
Sport is not just an additional tag for the C-Class Coupé. Sport is its program. Press a button and the sport mode – known as the S-mode – goes into spectacular action, the engine and transmission responding much more directly.
The altered gear shifting makes the driving experience much more intensive. And not only that, the C-Class Coupé Sport also has shortened shifting times with a double-declutching function – and when braking down for the next corner, the gears actively change down.
