Maruti Suzuki launched Limited edition variant for A-star called A-star Aktiv.A-star is one of the unluckiest cars for Maruti in India.Most of the Maruti hatches sell in big numbers.But A-star never got the start or the numbers.A-star is a good product and it sell very well in other countries.In India Maruti has so many hatch backs and most of them are priced very close.Maruti Wagon R is the close product to A-star which offers better space,features and value.So most of the customers skipped A-star.Maruti hasn’t given A-star any push other than introducing a Automatic transmission.

After so many years Maruti has introduced this Limited edtion.All the changes on the A-star Aktiv is purely cosmetic.To improve the sporty Look of A-star Maruti has given sporty decals on the front,side,roof and rear.Another smart thing is the additon of Red color in the Fog lamp inserts,Front bumper,OVRMs and on the rear spoiler.On the Rear there is Aktiv Logo also.On the inside Maruti has given new color combination of white and red.Also new floor mats and new steering wheel cover.A-star Aktiv also get Key less entry.Maruti Suzuki A-star Aktiv is available in VXI and VXI automatic.A-star is priced at RS 14,990 more than the regular A-star.

Skoda Rapid is the best selling Skoda in India. Skoda Rapid is based on the Volkswagen Vento. Volkswagen recently launched Vento style limited edition Model. Now its time for Skoda to launch a limited edition model called Rapid Prestige. Limited Edition model comes with goodies like Navigation system, Parking sensors, wind visors and Textile floor mats. Only difference in the exterior is the Prestige badge.

Skoda Launched Rapid Prestige Limited edition only in Diesel model. Skoda Rapid is powered by 1.6 L TDI engine which makes 105 BHP @ 4000 RPM and 250 Nm of torque @ 1500 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5 speed transmission. Currently the market is experiencing heavy slow down. Skoda was promoting Rapid very aggressively in last couple of months.Like 100 % Finance on the Loan amount and also paying EMI after 12 months, Skoda Rapid Prestige Limited Edition is priced at RS 8.99 Lakhs ( Ex-showroom Delhi).
