Because of the strong competition Honda had to fast forward the plans. Next generation Honda Jazz will hit the production line from July this year onwards. We can expect the unveiling of Next generation Jazz in any of the major motor shows.

Next generation Jazz is based on an all new platform from Honda. This platform will be shared among next generation city and also the upcoming Urban SUV. Jazz will get a completely new design which is sporty and aggressive. Honda will bring the next generation Jazz in 2014 on India. It will be powered by the 1.2 L i-VTEC engine and the new 1.5 L i-DTEC diesel engine. Too make the pricing more competitive Honda is aiming 90 % Localization. So that Honda can price the Jazz aggressively against the rivals.
